Our Cheesecake is made with a vegan lime-mango with cheesecake filling and a shortbread cookie crust. It’s then topped with sweet habanero mango curd and fresh slices of ripe mango. While it’s not hard to find a cheesecake that’s dairy-free and gluten-free, it can be difficult to find one that’s also both vegan and lactose-free. This dessert is all three!
